Transfer case shifter bracket

What is the part number for the TJ transfer case shifter bracket that eliminates the body mounted pivoting point?

Nope, for the stock transfer case. I don't remember which is it, New Venture/New Process 231, if I am not mistaken. I have automatic transmission, if it matters.

Oh, you meant that "Atlas II" was the part number for that bracket. Ha ha ha. Yea, that's funny.

I am sure that's the same number AA would give me if I call them.

Does it just replace it with the YJ style shifter, or is this something else all together?
If it's a YJ one, I'll ship you the one laying around my house

John, it's just a bracket to make the stupid TJ design a little better for jeeps with lifted transfer case. It keeps the stock shifter. Thanks for the proposition, but I am just trying to make this thing work with minimal fabrication required.

Think you're talking about the bracket made my Superlift (I think).

http://www.quadratec.com/cgi-bin/sgi...M=00&x=73&y=44

It's what I have on mine.

Worked great when my skidplate was dropped an inch (and before I put on the 4:1 Terakit.) Now that I've lifted the plate and/or put in that kit, I can't get it into 2hi with the shifter. I have to crawl under and do it by hand.
