4X4 Shop in the Santa Barbara, CA Area

I met a person at Moab from the Santa Barbara area. He has a stock '00 TJ and wants to install a 3" lift, 4.10 R&P, 33" tires, etc. Anyone know of a good 4X4 parts seller/installer in the SB area?

if they are a friend you can have them come on over to my place for the lift install it is a bit of a drive for them but it is cheap. As far as ring and pinion goes I did mine but would not do it for someone else. to much can go wrong. you can have them look for a speed shop if they dont have a 4X4 shop near them. the race car guys do gears all the time.

a little TJ with a few mods check her out at www.real-jeeps.com

Try Gene's Automotive 822N Milpas 805-962-0731

Old Jeeps are his specialty, but I'm sure he can handle a suspension lift without a problem.

Scott - Thanks for the offer. I really don't know the gentleman. Just ate with him one night and offered to help him find a shop.

Richard - I'll pass along the name of the shop you recommended.

Regards,

Fred
