Reworked Tongue Jack

Long story short, due to the 7" caster wheel on my tongue jack, it was too long. Couldn't lower the trailer onto the ball using the jack. Had to swing it away by hand, and lower onto the ball.

Huge PITA.

Lowered the mount on the jack, essentially making it shorter.

Works great now. Also did away with the poor quality grey paint and powdercoated it flat black.
