Thanksgiving in Vegas

Guess the subject says it all. Wife's never been, parents have never been, seems like a good enough reason to them.

Hi John,

I have 2 sisters who live in the Vegas area, & my brother is temporarily doing some work there. My Mom lives ~1hr drive from Vegas, in Pahrump, NV.

Anyway, there's a chance I'll be in Vegas during Turkey Day! If so, maybe we can do a meet & greet.

Also, November is much cooler & you'll probably enjoy the weather more then.

I hear you on the cool thing. I end up there either in January or July.. no middle ground.
I'll be staying at one of the run of the mill casino's on the strip the night of the 25-26-27th and coming home on Friday after Thanksgiving (I think).

If I end-up out that way I'll PM you info about my whereabouts.

Both of my sisters live only a few minutes from the strip!

I don't really do Las Vegas but if you want to go wheeling I'll take you out on a trail! I only have one passenger seat......

No wheeling for me on this trip, just a quick zip up the road to spend the holiday with family and do some sight seeing.
Next time up there I'll bring the RV and YJ though

You're not kidding about the much cooler part Joe. A few years ago I was at a multi day course at FrontSight (near Pahrump) and froze my tail off.

Hell just jump in your Jeep and come down for a visit. We're putting a 2" lift on a Dodge Ram on Saturday. Beer and food provided.

Have fun John!

I'll be in Pahrump for Turkey Day, then hope to do some wheeling over the duration of the weekend in the NV area.

Maybe I can get Ron to join me for some wheeling in either Wheeler Pass (just outside of Pahrump), or the rim of the Grand Canyon off Hwy 15 near Mesquite, NV.

Joe,
I have a good trail for us out of Hnederson. I know you like hill climbs and I've got one that'll pucker you up. We can make it to the top as there is some good rock up there.
