Spyder Customs Fenders/ Rockers -- Installed

Need I say more?

I'll post some pics this afternoon. Those that purchased them will not be disappointed.

Excellent quality, outstanding fit. I'm a happy customer.

Cool

That was a secret.. Was going to surprise you next time you saw the Jeep
Anyway, while I'm on this massive spending binge, and am sleeping on the back porch , I figured I might as well grab a set while they were on sale for $50.00 or so off..

Cool

Oh, Seth, I've opened the box and looked, briefly at the fenders, and they look great. I haven't opened the bag of parts nor looked at the instructions yet.
Looks like some metal cutting is required ???

Well, you just answered my next question - how Flo was reacting to all these mods. My camper is available if it gets too cold on the porch....

Some? Yeah, there's some cutting required.

But the result is worth the effort! Now if I could just wait to have them painted body color instead of enamel black.

I have lots of cutting tools at my disposal. Started with the air sawzall for the smooth sheet metal, then upgraded to the bigg daddy makita for the rest. Tried the air nibbler, but its needs SMOOTH to work nicely.

I really am pleased with their work. Now if I can just get them on without scratching my $9 paint job!

Are they going to offer a full length rocker slider - that gap between the tube fender and the slider looks gay!

Those are cool Seth - do they come in Chili Pepper Red

looks great seth...I know you will be happy to find that touching trees and rocks with your fenders is now an enjoyable experience rather then unenjoyable one.

I've knocked my tube fenders on rocks and trees..and just scraped the paint

Looks great Seth! My guess is that the black looks just fine (matches the front hoop).

As suspected, after seeing it black I'd leave it as is! Once they need touch-up, you got that base covered already.
