Lightbulb Do people on Ebay need help?

I am selling something on Ebay. It's an item that I should have just probably thrown away, but I couldn't bring myself to it, I'd rather find somebody who could use it. The current high bid is 5 cents, so you can see that it is not a very useful item.

Something that concerns me is the person who bids on the item. I looked at his or her profile; the bidder has purchased well over 300 items in the last 6 months. But what items? ? Useless crap!

All of it: Old cell phone faceplates, broken toys, stupid strange books, toy train table plans, stickers, religious merchandise, weight loss pills, used remote controls...

Who buys a used remote control?

I am not a doctor, but I am afraid that I am dealing with a mentally incapable person. Somebody with a mania for useless trash maybe or unstoppable urge to buy crap...

Do I have a responsibility to notify somebody? And if yes, whom that would be?

Well, actually, ebay listing fee was like 55 cents. So if the thing sells for a nickel, I'll still be like half a dollar behind.

Maybe the better question is why you would pay someone to take useless crap off your hands?

face it Sergey - yours is a cry for help. You are as addicted to web cash opportunities such as stocks and ebay as the person you are claiming to be concerned about. Its your subconscious speaking
