i went out to cougar buttes today for the PROrock comp, lots of fun and got me amped for this coming weekend. If I've been 'approved' could somebody please email me directions from OC and a list of stuff that you require everyone to have?

i cant give you any dates, as it is not my gig, but, you do need to have spare parts for your jeep that fit.
tools to fix the stuff that breaks, and the gear that will keep you comfortable in 110* weather, as well as 40* and windy weather.
just to clear up any confusion, the meeting this coming weekend is NOT the rookie run.
i'm afraid i wont be able to make this upcoming BRC fund raiser, but i have made my donation via the internet.
have fun out there!

Got the email. Thanks Jeff. Does anyone happen to have GPS coordinates to the Lake Bed?

Also, I will be one of the passengers on this run (since I dont have a front locker yet). Is there room for one more passenger? My brother would like to come (doesnt have a front locker in his TJ yet either). If not, thats totally cool. I just thought I would check. I'll be there either way. Thanks again for the invite.

Thanks Chris. I notice that the Camp Site waypoint is about 1.4 miles southwest of Means Lake (dry lakebed), comming up from Boone road. Just want to verify that this is the camp for this year's run. The email from Jeff said "arrive at the lake bed" but I guess not necessarily on it. I am sure I will find you guys either way, just thought I would double check.

Scott, we always camp at the first large clearing on the left before the lake bed. It's really the first place you can camp, and you cant miss it.
