Congrats to the newest American Citizen
Congratulations to Sergey (TObject) - today he took his oath and officially became an American Citizen.
As an official American I must caution you that potted meat is very NON American and if you continue to purchase it the FBI might start a profile on you Jeff

WAY TO GO SERGEY!
Of course now you must change your stance on illegal immigrants and immigrants in general and take the secret oath hating the French!

Does this mean that you can get rid of that pesky "Green Card?"
I'm really happy for you, when we went wheeling with you the last time and your bed time reading material was "US History for Dummies!" I was starting to wonder about you. I thought that you might have discovered a new sleeping aid |

Congrats Sergey! How does it feel to be a fully licensed American. Must be a great weight lifted off your shoulders knowing this is where you can call "your" home. Maybe you should try those vienna sausauges.

Thank you everyone. Today is a truly wonderful day for me. I just can't get the grin off my face. I got tons of congratulations, from friends and family, and even mail lady, and when I came to work, my desk was decorated Red, White and Blue. I don't know about anybody else, but today, I am the luckiest guy in the world, that's for sure.
I am officially switching from potted meat to MREs (civilian version, but still better). Sean, after all, French occupied and burned Moscow to the ground back in 1812, so theoretically becoming an American should make me more lenient to Frenchies, if anything. I guess I'll have to agree with you on the Illegal Immigrants issue, though. Now, what do I do with the stashes of Potted Meat? I could give it to hungry people, but I think they have suffered enough. Any ideas? Jury duty? I heard that if you are a juror, and stay to elaborate over night, the hotel and room service is free! Is it true? No more Green Card for me. I can get an American Passport, but it's not required inside the US. |

Congrats it is people that that come here and work for the right to stay here that make the US the place that it is. I used to complain about some things but I talked to an naturlized citisen one day and it changed my whole look on things.
Jus remember to pass on to your kids ( when you have them ) what it was like and why you secided to come here maybe thnay will turn out a hole lot more grateful then most people in the US Scott ps does this mean we can no longer cal you a russian commy bastard.D
