Ron's Custom Shop Diff Cover Guard

I finally got the diff cover guard installed today. I had to let the paint cure over the weekend!

Blaine, you commented about it when I said I had ordered one....so now you can see what it looks like. $70 delivered to my door (ordered last month when he had a special running) and the guy takes PayPal too!

Stu, your write up says you bought and used 1/2" dia. bolts in your Dana 30???? I always thought they were 5/16". You must have the "king sized version".

Well, to be honest Stu, I had hoped that the sides of the hoop would come in more and not stick out so far. Those would definitely be hang points where we play. I guess it is back to the drawing board for me. Gonna have to build my own to get what I want.

Any idea if he will sell just the ring?

My most favorite thing ever said about me.- You are definitely an acquired taste.

He will indeed. I have the D60 ring at my shop. I think it was around $35

Thanks Brad. That will have to go on my list of things to get. Right now it is very near the bottom though.

Oops....my bad. You are certainly right....the wrench that I dug out of the tool box was that 1/2" part of the project.
