Rocky-Road
What do you guys think of them? I've talked over e-mail with random silly questions about this product or that and they've always been helpful. I just ordered a 1.5" BB from them and I've been hearing much mixed reports as to what their customer service is like. What's your opinion, from anyone who's dealt with them.

I've dealt with them off and on for years. Never had anything bad to say other then being slow from time to time.

they sent me the wrong arb (gear range) for my 30, made me pay to ship it back but eventually reimbursed me.

Had some very poor dealings with the owner back when he first started. Well just to make a long story short I would never do buisness with Glen just because of his actions. I also have a few friends who ordered stuff from him and had slow shipping issues then getting the wrong parts. Yes the issues were worked out but if your trying to get a project done and a vendor makes you miss a run or? Getting it worked out 3 weeks later doesn't make it right.

I'll never deal with Glen again as well. RR is well known for their antics in the Samurai world. Just read their website and you get a feel for their arrogance.
