Camera and sensor cleaning

Running trails rocks and debre creats a lot of dust. Its even worse if your clean up. Heres the tools I carry. I never clean the sensor in the field. The first 2 items are sensor cleaning items. The swabs are expensive 3 to 4 buks each. Compressed air from a bulb type blower will usually get the sensor close to clean. Works also for the stuff in the view finder.

Some stuff will stick good to the sensor and then willl require the swab. I was sort of worried at first touching the sensor but its really no biggie. With my camera I need to get the mirror to flip out of the way first so that I can get to the sensor.

All dust should be blown free first. The last package I use for the lenses and always blow off the dust first.

How do the rest of you clean your sensor?
