Cool Assignment 4: A picture of YOU and your Jeep!

Or favorite Jeep, for those of you that have a bunch.

Where?

It would seem you have to attach the image file from your computer rather than list a link to it when using something like webshots.

Tim- the pic works for me. Your rig looks like Chris L's brother!

I use fototime.com, it's 24 bucks for 250MB worth of photos for a year. You can check out my account here to see what you think. It's really easy to batch upload photos and link them to boards... maybe too easy.

Anyone can ramp their Jeep up on a big old rock.....it's a target that no one should miss!

But....try doing it on a little 'ol rock that doesn't want to be ramped! Now that is an accomplishment! LOL

Hi Scott-

Yup, I almost live within shouting distance of Chris

Actually, I'm taking a body shop class at El Camino Coll., and that's where the spray booth is. They are building another one as well, which should be ready to go by next semester. If you're interested/have the time, there are a couple of night classes 2 nights a week (T & Th or M & W).

There is also a paint supply shop that has a booth to rent in Gardena, but I don't know the price ($150 for 4 hours, maybe?)

As far as skill, I would rate myself as fair to middling (I seem to like runs too much ) I have my own spray gun and some chemicals, and I'd be glad to help you out in any way I can. We should meet up for a run sometime, and you can judge my work in person.

Believe it or not, I am now eligible to receive a degree in Auto Collision Repair & Painting Pretty good for some classes taken for fun, huh?

Chuck

Thanks for the responce.

I am looking for a paint job good enough to start putting seats and stuff in and when I have 2k to spend on a pro paint job maybe have it redone.

it would be for my 1950 stock 437sw and figured it would be nice to have the same color paint under all the trim and stuff with out having to rip my vehicle apart twice.

A Day late, and a dollar short. But I finally have a pic for this thread. Too big to post though, and I don't have the means to shrink it here at work
