Thumbs up Ready Welders customer service

I bought a Ready Welder on E-bay not to long ago. Turns out to be 6 years old. I go to fire it up and I can't get the wire spool to turn. So on Monday I called RW. I explained I bought it used, and could not get it to work right. They said no problem send it back and we will replace it.
When I was taking the power cable and gas line off I noticed that the plastic case was cracked not allowing the spool to turn. So I sent it in.
So today I got my brand new spool gun! Replaced under warranty I am sure it is a rebuilt unit but hey it is better than the old one! They say there units have a 2 year warranty but it seems to me to be a life time warranty

I just thought I would pass this along. I thought for sure I would be paying for the repairs. There was no questions asked! Not to many companys have this kind of service.

Thumbs up

Those guys are awesome. We ran out of the wire they supplied with the welder and the cheap stuff we got at Home Depot wasn't feeding as well. We called them up and they delivered 4 rolls free of charge to my doorstep (I live about 1 mile from their shop), waiting for me when I got home!

What brand of wire works best? I bought a roll of .035 lincoln. It came with part of a roll of .035 ESAB.

I only had a chance to use it for a few beads. Man was I impressed! I had it on one of the lowest settings and it welded some 1/8 inch scrap I had laying around with no problem.
