New Mexico

Heading to Albuquerque on the 6th of next month and spending a week tooling around and wasting time.

Two things, find a restaurant that serves New Mexico style green chile enchiladas and imbibe heartily.

Don't let the indians get you.

Green chile? What if I prefer something with some spice in it?

Those guys there aren't any worse then a trip to TJ on a long weekend, so it's all good.

Trust me, if you want, they can dig up some that will set your face on fire, usually right about the time they start brewing another batch of sweet tea.

I've had Hatch green chiles that make jalapenos seem mild. Not the pickled ones, but the ones fresh off the plant.
