Request for Help ! Rubicon 2005 Factory Service Manual

Request for Help ! Rubicon 2005 Factory Service Manual

Hi Folks, I need some help.

Does anyone have a Rubicon 2005 Factory Service Manual?

If so can you scan in one page for me and send it to me by email?

I am looking for the wiring diagram that shows the Automatic Shutdown Relay.

It should look like this. The ASD Relay Coil is on the left near the middle of the page.

If you can help me out here I would greatly appreciate it.

Either post this page here or email it to me at Email.ID@worldnet.att.net

Thank you in advance

Frank

Hi Frank, a friend of mine works at a near by DC dealership. I am quite sure he has access to this manual just not sure if he has the ability to scan it at the dealership. I will find out tomorrow.

I got it folks, thank you!

Stu, Jeep made a mid year change to the wiring harness in 2005 models. Most look like the 2004 but later model years are different. To the best of my knowledge, Rubicons all have the different wiring harness, and some TJ have it.

Someone was kind enough to send me the page I needed and I went to a dealer and verifies with my own eyes.

Wire colors changed, as did some of the wiring itself.

Only Jeep would do that mid-model year.

Chuck, I got it!!!

I'll give youa call and hope you haven't done too much running around on this yet.

Thanks Guys,

Frank

My brother was a manager on the Ford Explorer production line in St. Louis -- the changes they made every week are amazing.
