Staun beadlocks survive...
for the record...
I had a fairly massive tire failure on Sunday morning, cutting a gouge in my sidewall from a bracket on my shock mount. After the flat, the staun beadlock was fine. I needed my front end to be winched 2-3 feet to the right to get out of the spot I was in, then I needed to drive 25-30 ft to get to a spot we could change the tire. After the sideways winching and driving with a 100% flat tire... the staun was still fully functional and I had not lost a bead. just thought I'd report some real world action.

this thread is worthless without pictures
BTW: and on those fake beadlocks (streetlocks is their official name I guess) the bolts will come off and peel back the lip when used for traction (sorry no pictures ) ... saw it this weekend on the trail at the YO Ranch
