Bushing backing out...hmmm.....

Just noticed this yesterday. Any gueses why a bushing would back itself out.

Wow Chris, maybe it wasnt seated properly....you really have to press those things in..


I guess it is time to get the JJ for that end?......


so you must already be an expert at connecting and re-connecting your front ARB, I think you have had it apart more time than I have had mine apart, and mine has been on for 3 years....

Michael, I don't think the JJ insert has enough give in it to be run in a radius arm set up. During articulation, something has to move a fair amount. If he is pushing the rubber bushing out, I am pretty sure he would destroy the JJ, or peel the snap ring out of one end.

I would just clean it real well, put some Loctite 609 on it and see what happens.
