removing assembled OR-fab cage...
I'm looking to weld in my OR-fab sport cage and add some gussets, spreaders, etc. I'd like to tack everything in place, then finish the welds and paint it out of the jeep. Has anyone removed this cage, while assembled and attached to the stock cage? I want to make sure it's possible before I start welding.... TIA.

You mean, remove the ORF cage and the stock main hoop together? Ummm, that may be possible with a buddy or three, but I haven't seen it done. What do you think?

Yea, remove them together. I've got some buddies, a tree saver and a forklift. I just need to know if it can come out without binding somewhere...

Not sure about the ORFab, but I removed my TOR cage in total (front TOR, stock main hoop and rear) to weld and paint it. I had the dash out and the windshield down when I did it. I used 2 ratchet straps from a beam in my garage.
I bolted the feet to a wood frame to prevent distortion while welding it.

Will if it helps I tacked my psc cage in place and removed it to weld and paint. Did not want to go back in the same, and got pretty distorted. Had to use a come-a-long to get it stretched here and there to fit back in.

How do you like the PSC cage? Is there any chance of rear passengers?
