Alaska bound Oct 1st - 15th

Im heading up to Anchorage for work. I should be have most nights free and at least a couple whole days. So where all the hot spots ? I dont think the rental (mini van) will do so well wheeling.. but ya never know

I'd love to ride shotgun If anyones wheeling.

Oh yea.. how bad am I going to freeze my ass off up there during that time ? seeing as I'll be working outdoors
