Americas tire warrenty ???

I have a brand new 37 x 15 spare tire with a road hazard from Americas tire company. I would like to take one of my 1/2 warn other 37's in for an exchange on a new 37 x 15, so I have two new tires for the rear {I will be running 17's in front and spare}. Problem is that it's not damaged yet. Any ideas?

Well, I have bought road hazard from them on 2 sets and 1 spare {9 tires altogether} in the past couple of years, and have never had to warrenty one. I have one with a slow leak, and was hoping to get it exchanged .

Isn't the warranty no questions asked? I think it is. Check to make sure, but if it is then one phrase comes to mind:

WARNING! Severe tire Damage. Do not Back Up.

I am sure that out in cali you can find a trail that has sharp enough rocks to tear a sidewall... time to go wheeling! Just take that line you've always wanted to try, but couldn't because you'd surely tear a tire.
