$6 or $25 or $28 for pinion seal... hmmm....
Here's a good example of dealer and NAPA pricing vs good pricing.
D44 pinion seal: dealer $25, NAPA $28, Border Parts $6 (Dana OEM seal). D44 pinion nut: dealer $8, Napa can't get it, Border parts N/C. Man it sure pays to shop around!!!! In case you need axle or hard-to-find Jeep driveline parts, Border Parts can be reached at (800) 533-0171... ask for John who has an encyclopedic knowledge of what fits, what works, what doesn't work or fit, and has a photographic memory of part numbers. |
