Source for tranny mounts

Does anyone know where these rubber mounts are sourced from? It looks like both AEV and 33 Engineering are using the same ones for their TTs. This is from the Offroad Toy Store's website:

I couldn't find them in the Grainger catalog, but I did find something similar in the McMaster-Carr catalog. This is from the online catalog, page 1359 (I couldn't figure out how to link to it).

Unfortunately I haven't a clue which one to order. I can measure the static weight of the tranny with it installed, but I am not sure if this would be appropriate in this application. Anyone have a suggestion?

Looking at a flat skid? I have the Nth kit with those and I alway find it a PITA when I got to take the skid plate off.

No. I am installing an AW4 and using the stock mount puts the transfer case higher off the skid than I need. Since I was starting to have the driveshaft bind at full droop with my old driveshaft (the AW4 is 1" longer than the AX15) I wanted to get the angle down as low as possible.

I ended up going another route using 1/4" plate and poly bushings. This puts the transfer case about 3/16" above the crossmember.
