Whatever happened to your possible trip to Virginia?

My possible trip has turned into an almost definate relocation late this coming spring/early summer.

And the possible trip around Christmas has been cancelled.

I'm sorry. I know that's crushing news to so many of you in the area.

My mom is currently scouting for land to build on.....When she finds something we will likely take an overnight or 2 day trip to check it out, but doubt I'll have much time for anything else.

Sorry to keep so many on the edge of their seat while watching my every move.

I will try and post regular updates of my antics.

Update

My wife will be in the Fredericksburg area from the 26th until the 2nd.

I will be in Illinois with my nose to the grindstone.....working.

How does that happen?



Anyway, she'll be looking at a minimum of 5 parcels of land we're interested in. Hopefully the realtor can scrounge up some more to look at before my wife leaves.

Even more hopefully one of those parcels will work for us and we can go ahead and buy it.

Overall the plan is moving along nicely.....we've bumped up our plans to leave from mid July to the beginning of June. Hopefully I can last that long at my current job.....big changes are going on there.....and none are good.

Anyway, the absolute earliest we could hit VA would be in mid April or so.....as our son's due date is March 19th.

We've got a builder lined up, are working on floorplans, and I'm making plans for what will hopefully be a dedicated fab shop out back.....

Further updates will be on a need to know basis.....

Or updates will come if I just feel like talking about me, my plans, and hopefully my shop.

Drop the facade. It's obvious, and everyone here can see through it. I know the only reason you're moving here is to be closer to me. Next your Jeep will be like mine, you'll be wheeling where I wheel, and starting to hang out with my friends. I see this sort of thing all the time. I'm lke this huge magnetic force that attracts people. Don't feel guilty about it though, I'm quite used to it by now and I simply accept it. So come on out, and if you're lucky enough I'll even spend some time with you.
