New member from Central Valley of California

Hello all.

Looks like a cool site.
Been in the Navy for 21 years. Enjoy taking the Jeep out on trails. Just installed a Rubicon Express 3.5" super flex lift kit. Love the way it handles so far.
Here is a pic of it.

We have rock sliders on the way from www.rock-itman.com. They should be here this next week. We will need them for Panamint Valley Days here in the Mojave.

We call our jeep Gold Digger. For two reasons really. We also enjoy digging for gold in the California hills, and the jeep keeps taking all of the gold out of our pockets.

I am also a moderate on the new to be released Cal4Wheel forum in the coming weeks. Once all the bugs are worked out, and we are happy that it is working correctly, it will be turned on for the Jeeping public. Keep an eye on www.cal4wheel.com for updates on it.

Thanks

Todd & Teresa

Hey Welcome aboard Todd - nice looking rig. The Cal4Wheel board might be interesting. I was on the Yahoo list and some of the emails back and forth were quite entertaining a few years ago

Thanks

It has been a while since I was here.
Here is a update:
We bought/added a Jeep Rubicon to our Jeep family.
It pretty much belongs to the wife though.

Here is a pic of it, and our Silver X out at Clear Creek.

The new Rubi getting some flex on:

We plan on lifting it also. Should have that in place sometime in May or June. Just in time to start Ducy and Swamp up near Shaver Lake.

Joe

Thanks for your service also.

Good to see some old sea salts here.
Crossed the line from slimy to salty in 86 on the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70).

Take care
Todd

Thought I would update my post here with some current pics of our jeeps out on the trails.

On the July 4th weekend, we went up to Bald Mt and ran the Bald trail, and also the Red Lake/Coyote trail. The last one was only open to Red Lake though. It is open the rest of the way now though.

Here is the wife in the Rubi on Bald.

Our jeeps flexing out near our camp.

Me in the Rubi climbing V-Rock on Bald.

The 04 X flexing on the Jose Basin trail run.

We will be running swamp lake trail later when it opens, and Ducy Erishim also.

Enjoy
